Getting closer to my June 20th short term goal

Seriously. Who would have thought that such a small tweak would make such a big difference? As of this morning, I am back on normal food, and so far have been able to eat the egg & ham off of an egg mcmuffin, and also have eaten 2 crackers. No problems at all! Thank God... hopefully it keeps going this way. I'm heading to lunch shortly, so I should find out. Back on May 15th, I set a short-term goal for myself to be down 40 pounds by June 20th. Since that is Saturday, I am giving an early update... when I weighed myself this am I was down to 238.4. WOW. That is less than a pound away from the goal. I am waiting until Friday for my "official" weekly weight because given that I really haven't eaten anything for the last 3 days, I'm a little hesitant that this is completely real. But it is FAR better than last Thursday. So, I'm going to keep working this week to get to 237.7 and reach the 40 pound mark!!!

Whoooo Sarah... that's SO brilliant! You go girl... hit that mark then do a jig!! We are waiting to hear about it :)

You are doing great!! So close to your mini-goal! I'm glad that the wee unfill went so well. Also -- I love the theme Princess Pajama Party. Totally makes me want to have one! :)
