An unexpected NSV (i.e. a band related post!)

I went to Sears on Monday when I was home with Lucia, and had a nice surprise... although I didn't really think about it then, but realized it afterward.  We had just found a pair of "cowgirl" (not!) boots for her, and we were walking out past the clearance racks, and I saw a pair of grey dress pants in a size 16.  I've been consistently in a 16-18 bottoms for about 6 months (Large in tops), and I grabbed them off of the rack and bought them.  Didn't try them on, just bought them and brought them home.  And they fit!  In fact, they are a tad big... I'm not sure that the 14's would have fit, but to be able to just pick something up off of the rack without even thinking about it was a nice experience!  Not one I am used to - even 20 months out from being banded.

I haven't seen much of anything on the band front for the last few months.  Holding steady, BUT this week I've been able to hold steady at 199 something... so I am happy about that because for the last 4 months or so it has been basically steady at the 201-203 range.  I'm really hoping that now that the craziness of camping, etc... is done and my work craziness is over in a week, that I can power down to my 80 pound loss and then 30%.  We aren't talking huge numbers, but at this point every pound is a fight...  Something to continue working toward!

I feel like I could use a small "tweak" but also wonder if I should just refocus on the serving sizes and see if I can manage, because I like where I am without getting stuck or having acid reflux issues and don't want to rock the boat too much - but maybe .5 cc's would be a good thing... going to watch it for another few weeks and decide.

Finally, I think I'm going to weed thru the closet this weekend, so may have some sisterhood clothes to pass along which I will keep everyone posted on!

What an awesome NSV, Sarah! Sometimes it's so nice to turn off our brains and just DO.
