Ahhh... Dennis and Lucia are officially on their way to FL for a long Daddy/Daughter weekend before Mr. Peanut Head is born... we somehow managed to pull off the surprise of our life with her and didn't mention a peep until we started giving her clues this morning... SO MUCH FUN!!!
They come back on Monday and I really hope they have a great time... They are going to one of the water parks tomorrow and then Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios Sunday. I am so happy for them to have a bit of time together - it will be great for both of them.
Tomorrow, I have a few friends who have just informed me that they are coming over to finish the nursery, which is such a godsend... and they are bringing dinner too! My dad is down for the weekend and is going to do a few little projects for us around the house... life is good!
Here's to hoping I can get a few decent nights of sleep. OH! And I saw the doctor last week and she is moving my c-section date up to the 14th of June (3 weeks from Tuesday) which is 2 weeks sooner than originally planned. Fine with me - he is getting so big, and I'm still having some contractions, so I think it is a better bet all the way around. Lots to do in the next 3 weeks! That light at the end of the tunnel is shining a little bit brighter...

Yes, pregnancies just FLY BY when it's not me, lol. Sounds like some great father/daughter time. Enjoy the peace and quiet!
