A few comparison pictures...
I'm a firm believer that it is a good thing to look back at pictures pre-band... especially now as I've gained back all the weight I lost a few weeks ago (no, I haven't updated my ticker) and that I am REALLY trying hard to manage not having ANY restriction. I've had a few days of feeling REALLY fat and also having some willpower challenges, so I put these together to remind me of where I was.... I'm not there anymore and I don't need or want to go back there!
Then while I was doing that, I thought I'd do one of Lucia in her 6 Halloween costumes... I can't believe she's growing up so quickly!
Sometimes reminders are a good, good thing...
