Down 23 pounds. Whoo Hoo! Although I fully expected to stay static on my weight, I've been able to lose almost 2 pounds in the week since going back to "real" food! Yay. But I can't wait for my fill! And I'm not kidding myself that it is going to fluctuate. But, getting on the scale this AM and seeing that was a nice way to wake up after a long day yesterday.
The hardest part in the last two weeks has been keeping up with my liquid. Somehow between meals (but not for 3o minutes before or 1 hour after) I'm supposed to get in at least 64 oz. of water a day. Chug, chug, chug... 31 minutes and I'll go get a glass!
