Yup - I'm busy. Just like everyone else. Sometimes I think I am busier, but I'm not. SO... it’s time! Time to really get into exercise, time for my first fill, time to embrace this tool and use it to its fullest potential!!!
I’ve definitely noticed in the last week that each day, I've been able to eat a little bit more, and when I got on the scale this morning, I was up a few pounds. So I’m VERY glad the fill is tomorrow. Dr. C told me to expect the fluctuation, but I was hoping that I would be able to hold steady. Regardless, it is a new, SUNNY day (about time!) and I’m starting new! Thankfully, we’re done with any major travels for the time being (except for Easter to my parent's house) so I feel good that I can really stick to being able to measure my food and hold myself to more of a routine.
I ordered the T-Tapp set this morning – it should be here later this week. Now it’s time to really get into exercising. When I wasn’t working a few years ago, I found that once I got over those few first bumps on the exercise front, I actually really liked it. I liked sweating. I liked feeling GOOD about what I was able to do. I liked pushing myself a little further each time. I just have to remind myself of those feelings, and get my butt out of bed before I absolutely HAVE too (i.e. get up around 6:15 or so instead of rolling out at 7 and rushing to get out the door) so that I can start exercising in the morning. I know I’m going to feel better! OK... time to start living! Happy Monday.

Fun that you are doing T-tapp. I always feel so good after doing it. They have an extensive message board on their website if you have questions. I'm also happy to answer any you have as well.
Melissa - you are one of the folks that inspired me! It is hard though. But it really feels good.
Thanks!
