Exercise thru shoveling???

Yup.... don't get to do that workout too much here in Richmond! But, it snowed over a foot yesterday! So, we had a lot of shoveling to do - and it was the wet, heavy snow, so I am HURTING today! But in a good way. It was a quiet day - that is until we had to take Lucia to the ER... bummer - but, thankfully she is fine - just a bad case of bronchitis among other things. Never fails that it happens at the worst opportunity! Thankfully we have a 4 wheel vehicle, so we got there easily... Today is going to be spent wrapping, and later going to run a few errands (stocking the fridge, etc...). Two and a half more days of work, then off for a week and a half... can't wait! Hope those of you who are getting blasted by this Nor' Easter are safe, warm and dry!

Oh, no! I've been recovering from bronchitis since before Thanksgiving! My big suggestion is humidifiers! Multiples, so the air is hot and steamy! And lay off the dairy, cause it produces more mucus.

I'm sorry about Lucia - it does always happen at the worst times. At least you caught it before it was pneumonia. I'm the snow is getting her very amped for Santa- I know it has Cate VERY excited. We got over 20 inches. I like it, but not that much.
Have a great holiday!!

Poor little babe - I hope she feels better soon. That snow took you by surprise and sounds like you had a hard workout clearing it - which would have been fun - not!
Love that pic of you in black to the left of the blog. Who's looking like the skinny girl now - you look wonderful.
Merry Christmas Sarah.

I have never shoveled snow in my life but I bet it is one hell of a workout. Imagine doing that preband? Glad your little one is going to be ok. Have a Merry one!
