Up.

And I'm not talking about the Movie, darn it! I am up about 2 pounds this week... to 206.2... ugh. The 100's are seeming a lot more elusive! However, in an effort of full disclosure, I did partake in a wonderfully yummy peppermint milkshake (small) from Chick-Fil-A on Wednesday, and I enjoyed every sip! I have been running again though... (sigh). If I can just get to under 200 by February 20th, which is my 1-year bandiversary, I'll be very, very happy. 4 weeks to do that, but a trip down to WDW sandwiched in there... however, on the other side, I also have a 5k in 2 weeks too... maybe it will all balance each other out!

6.2 pounds I know YOU can do it!! ;-) Maybe the 2 pounds is just a little water retention! Great job with the 5Ks btw! I'm so proud of you!!

I have found that my scale must be broken this week...Yours must be too! That is the only explanation for how mean they are this fine week of January! Mine hasnt moved at all this week. I blame gravity or something. maybe we can hold hands as we walk into the one hundreds together?

Ugh, how frustrating! You know, I was impressed how much WDW has changed their food choices - they have healthier options in a lot of their restaurants now. And don't forget you'll be doing A LOT of walking down there.

Good luck with the races. You can do 6.2 pounds in a month. Stay focused, and keep up all the good work that has brought you to 206.2.

I feel you pain. I am up a couple pounds this week too.. and I was SO close to 199. However, my gain was self sabotage. We will get there! Keep up all your great work, you are amazing girl!

My scale is causing problems too - stuck here for 3 weeks!!!!

You can definitely get to Onederland by your goal date! Keep running!

I'm new to all this and am just starting my journey to become a lapster.(is that the correct term) I've found your blog very inspiring. You've been losing weight steadily, you're exercising and you are honest about what you should do better. You'll be in Onderland before you know it. Just be glad you're not me just starting the process. : ) I don't even know if I'll get approved yet. Remember that feeling?

Hi Sarah,
Thanks for posting on my new blog. I just had surgery on the 19th. I posted a bit about it today. Strange, I didn't know anyone had commented. LOL.

So....your 1 year anniversary is coming up soon. Congrats! I just read your most recent post and it looks like you are having a slow week on the scale. Have you been taking your measurements? I'm just starting out, but everything that I have read says that sometimes we lose inches even when we don't lose pounds.

I'm going to start at the beginning of your blog here soon!
