True conversation 5 minutes ago with Lucia (8:30 PM)... remember... she turned 6 three days ago...

- Lucia (looking at the picture on the left of my blog at my heaviest): "Mommy, that isn't a very good picture. You need to take it down off your blog right now."
- Me: "No, I'm not taking it down. That is when I was at my heaviest - I keep it there to remind myself of how far I've come and how much weight I've lost. It's important to be there."
- Lucia: "That is a SCARY picture!"
- Me: (trying not to laugh and yet feeling a tiny bit hurt at the same time) "Yup... it sure is..."
- Lucia: "GIRL (insert mega-attitude, eyebrows raised and hand-on-hip here)?!?!? You need to work OUT!"
- Me: "Go brush your teeth" (big, big, sigh...)
- Lucia (as she is running upstairs): "Let me at you... I'll work you out like one of those work-out people you've never met before!"

Where on earth does she get this stuff? At least I know she's honest and speaks her mind... (BIG sigh) She must be missing The Biggest Loser and Jillian...

Hilarious. One of the girls at boot camp tonight was talking about her daughter being the main reason she started camp. Apparently she said to her "Momma, you have got to go on a diet. You have too many tummys". THIS IS WHY I DON'T HAVE KIDS!!! ;-) J/K

See, I hate the idea of having someone yell at me...I like the idea of someone telling me what to do, any maybe encouraging, you can do it, etc., but the idea of someone yelling at me and scolding me...doesn't appeal. Jill scares the beejeesus out of me, and not in a good way!
