I can't even tell you when the last time was that I was at this weight...
Dennis asked me this morning, and honestly - truly - I can't remember
being less than 230... but I did it this morning... 229.5.
Amazing.
I don't even know what else to say,
except bring on those next two pounds!
50+ gone, here I come...

WOOOHOOO SARAH!!!!!!! I am 228! I havent been under 230 since [I am really young lol] but since I was a senior in highschool! granted that was in 2003 but geez I was 18 weighing in the 200's...we are sooo close to getting to ONEDERLAND and I will cry when I step on that scale and am there. p.s. that picture of the Holy Cow is awesome! Thanks again for the shirts! you are awesome!

SUCH a great feeling to be at a new weight like this isn't it?! I have basically been 230-256 (my high) ever since living at home... junior high and higher... so each new lb I drop now puts me at a new weight for me.
