Checking In on a thundery Wednesday...
Hey ya'll!!! So just a quick check-in to say hello... We're on one last trip to FL before Kindergarten starts... 1/2 way through the trip with some tired girls... But, lots of fun so far. Today is just a quiet day after two days of the mouse and parks... we're heading to the pool, then more quiet time. Heaven if the "friends" (90% friends / 10% not) don't continue fighting!!! ;-) Hope you all are doing well... I'm looking forward to catching up on all of your blogs over the weekend.
On the WLS front, I'm tight - a few incidents of PBing while here - but I think my choices may have been the challenge - I'm TRYING to get the protein in, but sometimes in the parks, it is hard to find stuff to meet that need... lots of bread/pastry stuff, which has definitely gotten stuck. But all in all, things are working! I just want to hold steady by the end of the trip. OK - we're off to the pool... Hopefully for a good hour before the thunder and lightening really hit hard! I'll try to post again before the weekend is over.

Sounds like fun! Our kids started school this week. Less than 6 days till my surgery, so excited! Hope the rest of your trip is great.
Great fun!! I just wish the parks weren't in Fla (are you in Fla??). Too hot, too muggy = sweaty, pissed, and irritated me = no fun.
Glad you are enjoying your vacay...I am jealous (not of the pbing, just the trip generally :)...now definitely booking Disney for next year....

Sarah- Sounds like you're having fun. Thanks for the post - you got me thinking about Disney, b/c we're taking my daughter their for 5th bday at the end of September. I'll have to plan ahead a little regarding food.
Sarah, you will be OK. Just the fact that you are confronting the choices and thinking about getting the right foods. Have a safe trip and we will be glad to have you back.
