Doc Sly reminded me that when I finally get to my 50 pound mark, I will have lost the equivalent of 200 sticks of butter... GREAT visual! Not sure how much the knife weighs... ;-)

So - today is my 6 month Bandiversary! 6 months ago today, I had this wonderful surgery that has truly made a huge difference for me in my life. Not to sound dramatic, but it has. I'm almost down 50 pounds (still holding firm at 49+ not an ounce difference this morning). That is on average, a little over 8 pounds a month. Not too shabby! Before surgery I was thrilled with the thought of 1 pound a week, and I'm doing way better than that. So... YAY ME! (And as for the pictures, yes - I've been slacking - I'll get some more recent ones up - only a 9 pound difference though)...

Happy 6 month bandiversary to you sarah! Holy smokes I just realized I forgot to tell you that I got the jean on Tuesday! They do fit! A little gappy in the waist (bc they are a blue I think), but no one can tell that and Tracey really likes them! Thank you so much!
Now, back to you. You look fab! Isnt it amazing how our waists have returned! can't wait for you to hit 50 (I know neither can you)
