Cinco de Mayo VLOG

OK - to be honest, there is nothing in here about Cinco de Mayo...
But I am looking for thoughts and suggestions on moving past this mental block into the 100's!!!

First of all, you look GREAT! Great dress. Secondly, my suggestions on the block: Change something up... I am guessing your body may just be getting used to whatever you are doing. So if you aren't concentrating on protein, try more protein, or if you are... add some carbs. Add in an evening walk or drink more water.

I think shaking the body up also shakes the mind up. This may help... just my 2 sense!

I look forward to reading what people suggest, since I'm a little stuck myself. . .

I LOVE the dress!!! It is so flattering on you! I am heading out to run some errands, and now I have to go to JCPenney! It's ok, I have a coupon:) Have a great day and good luck! Onederland is SO CLOSE!

Cute dress! As for the weight, maybe cut off some toes?

or take a laxative. Seriously, sometimes we are more full of poop than we think we are and we just need to clean out the system.

I just love your vlogs - you're so cute and so real. I hate that you are stuck....your body is playing tricks on you. It'll come sweetie - I know it - and in your heart you do too....and when it does we will all celebrate with you!

Oh and I forgot the most important part - you are smoking hot in that dress. Seriously. Never take it off. I suggest sleeping in it.

Love the dress! In regards to the mental issues/block, do you attend any lap band support groups? This may help to discuss with others and the group leader.

I don't know if I have any advice, but the fact that the dress was only $3 is amazing! It makes your waist look so tiny!!!

#1- HOT dress, cool dealio
#2- Sexy hair
#3- Am stuck too. Around 188. Very frustrating. I am running on average 25 kms a week and eating waaaaaay less than ever (tho still more than I'd like if I'm truthful) and still: stuck.
#4-hi.

Cute dress and you look great in it.

Years ago when I was on
Weight Watchers and hit a plateau I came across a plan that many recommended where you increased your calories/points for a day then ate below your normal range for a day and swithced between the two for a few days. It always seemed to work for me.

Maybe changing things up a bit will get the scale moving again.

Good luck and you'll break through that plateau soon.

Two thumbs up for the amazing score on the dress lol. We should all be so lucky. And BTW you look bloody amazing in it. Curvy and so pretty. I can see your collar bones! Oooh
As to the mental block? Hmm. Tricky. Would shaking up what you are eating do the trick? Maybe you've gained a bit of muscle with the exercise? Could well be. What I can tell you is, forge on ahead. Don't give up for a second, because as we all know you WILL get over this hump. It's just a matter of when. Great Vlog darl.

I LOVE the dress! Can I call dibs when you shrink out of it? :-) I have no idea what to say about the block. I seem to be having the same problem, but with 250. I saw the very nice 247 for one day, and then BOING, back up to 251-253. So...I am just catching up on blogs and I hope this has resolved for you by now, so I'll keep reading.
