Do you know what I just realized???
I'm not morbidly obese anymore! I'm just "obese" now! By BMI Standards, I am officially under the 40 mark. YIPPEE!!!
Although it happened probably over a month ago, it didn't really click until today. I've been looking through my prior posts because I am getting close to have posted 100 times on this blog and also am almost at my 5 month bandiversary... and it is so interesting to see how far I've come. Yes on the weight, but also mentally. Big steps. And a HUGE NSV to not be in the morbid category anymore.

Whoo, Sarah. You have just reminded me to go check mine too.. I must be hovering under the obese category now too.. I must be.. hmm lol Well done!!! It's a great feeling to know we are finally winning this war.

I keep playing with a BMI tracker to find out exactly what weight I will need to be to go from morbidly obese to just obese :-)
