- Start writing EVERYTHING down again. I used Livestrong's Daily Plate for a while to track my food but got too comfortable that I "knew what I was doing" and stopped. It was a good measure for me (literally) about how much water I was drinking and how many grams of protein and calories I was intaking each day. Have to start holding myself accountable thru numbers again. When I used to do Weight Watchers, I was always GREAT until I stopped journaling the food I would eat. Again - I need to hold myself accountable.
- STOP DRINKING WITH MY MEALS! 30 minutes before, 1 hour after. I've noticed lately that when I am out at a restaurant or with friends in a social setting, I drink with my meals. I HAVE TO STOP! When I'm at lunch at work, or dinner with family I am fine - no drink around.... but for some reason, there is a social comfort to having a glass of anything in my hand in public or with people I might not know... I need to get over that! I wonder what that is all about. That is another post.
- Drink More Water!!! I stopped carrying my trusty water bottle for a while, and found that - who knew - I didn't drink as much! Duh. So, I brought it to work today, filled with water and ready to drink. But not for an hour because I am just finishing my breakfast.
Next post will be my 100th... I am feeling pressure for it to be a good one! (hee hee hee) I'll have to come up with something good.

Sarah, congratulations on your 5th month, I notice we all get a little more relaxed as the time pass by , and we forget some of the rules for a minute or two, but like Amy has said in the past, we are humans, and we desserve something here and there, I also have to go back to my good ways, as hard as it is , I must. But we are all doing good.
