Time to buckle down again and reset goals

I've been enjoying the summer.  Really enjoying it.  Just being 40 pounds lighter this summer than last summer has made a ton of difference in my energy, my goals, and my sense of worth. What's that mean in terms of WLS?  Well, I haven't been doing as well drinking my water and watching what I'm choosing to eat are two big things I'm slacking on.  I feel like I am getting a good amount of exercise (more than I ever used to), but this morning I slept through my time at Curves.  So, I need to really re-focus on my water, protein and exercise.  I am back to my official weigh-in day of Friday, and I'm up a bit from a few weeks ago... only ounces - I'm at 235.4, but I was up about 3 pounds over the last two weeks so I've spent the time getting those pounds off.  Hopefully for good.  I'd really like to reach the goals I set a little way back, on May 15th.  They were the following:
  • By June 20th be a total of 40 pounds down.  DONE!  (I was 39.6 pounds, but I've since hit and passed the 40 pound mark)
  • By July 23rd when we go to CA be a total of 50 pounds down
  • By September 8th when Lucia starts Kindergarten be a total of 60 pounds down
I don't know how reasonable these next two coming up are, but you know what?  I'm going to do my best to get there.  It is good to have a goal.  I'm going to add one more to the mix and for the record... by Christmas, I'd love to be in one-derland.  Something to shoot for - and it's only 35.4 pounds away!

Ahh ONEderland, does it really exist? Or is it a figment of so many's imagination? I think it's an excellent goal and reasonable too, GO FOR IT! We'll be cheering you on!
