Not bad... 3.2 pounds lost this week! I'm at 215.2 with a total of 62.3 pounds lost to date.
Here are some up-to-date pictures... I still have my shelf (butt)... not sure that will ever go away. Oh well! It is certainly smaller now! More like a windowsill... (lol). Oh - and I have an appointment on Monday - I think I'll probably get a small tweak, like .25cc's but I definitely feel like I'm getting back to my sweet spot... I think I'm at 5.5 right now. Not even sure... wow - and to think I used to know all of that stuff religiously!

The "shelf" will go away. When I was about 15-20 lbs away from my goal weight my body went through a rapid transformation - over the course of just a few weeks - that last 20 lbs. makes an incredible difference. Congrats on your success so far.

I think you have reached a wonderful point where your tummy is not sticking out more than your boobs! I remember years ago, when I was overweight but smaller, I said, at least I have big boobs, so they stick out more than my tummy! Not so anymore ;(, but I hope to remedy that soon!

Wow Sarah! OMG, you are looking fantastic! I only hope I can lose as fast as you have been losing. My Surgery is next week (the 19th) so I still have a long way to go. BTW, that dress looks fantastic on you!

Now onto more serious stuff.. I was still thinking you were sitting on the 55 pound loss thereabouts (How'd I lose you losing another 8 lol) but anyway you've lost over 62 pounds and thats freaking amazing, girl. Love it.. and look at you in your pretty dress... you just look lovely!!!
