OK - I'm not one for product reviews unless I either REALLY like them, or really hate them. In this case, I LOVE THIS ONE!!! Holy cow... as far as frozen lunches go, this is now at the top of my list... Kashi Chicken Florentine... "grilled chicken breast with spinach, sweet red peppers and baby portobello mushrooms, orzo pilaf and garlic white wine sauce topped with shredded parmesean cheese". To top it off, it has 22 grams of protein! Rock On! Seriously, if you like Garlic, you'll love it... two thumbs up, five stars, whatever highest ranking you give - if don't like Garlic, you might want to pass on it... YUMMY!

I love the Kashi frozen meals - all of them. I think the Cozy Coconut blogger turned me on to them. So much better than LC!
This is a great one! I do love them and every now and again you can catch 'em on sale! This one just has such a savory flavor, doesn't it? Yum is right!
