Thanks to a fellow bandster for clueing me into the "shrinko de mayo" term! I like it. And I need something of a short-term goal right now. So my "Shrinko-de-Mayo" goal (to acheive by May 5th) is to be well into the 240's. Let's put a stake in the ground at 246.5, which would be 4 pounds in 2 weeks. That will allow me to meet both my 10% goal AND my 30 pounds lost goal. It may be overly optimistic, but I'm going to try!!!
