Down again... yippee!
Well, down again this morning. 223. 4. Wow. I probably shouldn't put this out there since TOMORROW is my official weigh in day, but it excited me! The best part about updating my weight tracker is seeing this little chart below... showing that slow, but STEADY DECLINE. When I was on weight watchers it was up/down/up/down/up... you get the pitcure. But, this is consistent!
A couple of you wondered from my last post whether or not waiting a few weeks to see the nurse was okay - Honestly, I'm not sure. I took the Pepcid last night and it worked, so I'm going to see how the weekend goes. I am starting to think I do need a bit of an unfill... maybe .25-.5 cc's or so. It is definitely an effort to eat - I've been working on a greek yogurt for 20 minutes and only been able to eat about 2 oz. so far. I'll get it all in, but it is definitely slow going. So, we'll see! Have a great Labor Day weekend everyone... I'm off in 3 hours to meet Lucia's kindergarten teacher and bring her to her orientation. Fun Times!

Sarah, that is great! I love your wt loss chart. I am exactly the same, my WW chart would always be up, down, up, down.
I am on day 2 post-surgery and still recovering, but down 9 lbs so happy about that.
BTW I LOVE your DDs name! I almost named my daughter Lucia. In fact, I officially gave her two first names, Anna Lucie. So cute! My youngest is 3 and in preschool.
Oh yes, I am the blogger formerly known as Coloradomom - thought using my real life nickname, Gen, would be more personal....
Sarah ~ good job!! How exciting to see that steady decline on the chart!! My last 2 years on WW my chart was up, down, up, down ~ one step forward and two steps backwards! Got so frustrating! Loving my band for sure!! I'm almost 3 months out from surgery and have had one fill so far. Always enjoy your blog! ;-)
Hi Sarah, I've been there on the tight front, as you already know, and if you need to talk, just send me an email (on my about myself page there's a link). I think Acid Reflux probably means you might be too tight, but I did find that when I'm tight, I can't eat spicy things or late at night b/c that just makes the acid reflux worse. I found that I could eliminate the spicy stuff and stop eating after dinner and the reflux would go away and if it did come back, just a little acid medicine would get rid of it. Try that and see how you do, otherwise, if you have a lot of pain, feel run down or are just uncomfortable...get an unfill. One other thing I noticed this time, the gas seemed to not be able to escape when I was too tight and I had a lot of discomfort because of that. GasX would help that, but after the unfill, no more gas problems. Best of luck, it's so hard to make the decision of wheather to go in or not. I know!! :)
Argh about the acid reflux. That is so uncomfortable. I hope a teensy weensy fill be all it takes.
And now onto your weight. 223. Wow. That's incredible. I am so happy for you!
Sara- if your offer for clothes stills stands would you mind sending your e-mail address? Mine is brookelynne@shaw.ca
