GENERAL LIFE UPDATE: Good Labor Day today ... spent most of it cleaning up around the house... getting Lucia's room "ready" for school and cleaning up from a weekend of guests. We had some visitors this weekend, and caught up with them which was interesting (and nice)... made me thankful for the wonderful life I have with Dennis & Lucia to say the least. Today was focused on getting Lucia's bedroom together... she now has a reading nook, a twin (vs. the prior queen) bed, new bedding she's chosen, walls full of princess stickers - it is a total 5-year-old room in pinks, purples, and polka-dots!!! As for eating, I'll be interested to see where/how I am tomorrow weight-wise. I definitely indulged in a few more cocktails this weekend than normal, given interesting conversation(s) so I'm expecting to be up a bit. But I really didn't eat much since I'm still pretty tight. Also, I haven't been to Curves in a few weeks, so Wednesday is the day I start back there. Tomorrow is our big "LUCIA-STARTS-KINDERGARTEN" day, so I imagine I'll put a post up with her pix and a few of mine in a new dress for work. In the meantime, here is a picture of me today in a pair of XL Adidas work-out pants and shirt that Catherine sent me a few months back... they finally fit to a point that I'm willing to be photographed in them (thank you Catherine!!!)... not the best shot in the world, but here it is... I'm excited tomorrow to hopefully post a picture of me in a dress... we'll see! *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*BAND ISSUES UPDATE: The acid reflux issue has calmed down a bit, but it is still present. I go in for a floroscopy (the x-ray test) next Tuesday the 15th to see what the deal is and if there is anything going on with my band... so hopefully I'll get some answers then. If I need a slight un-fill, so be it. Hopefully not, but I definitely don't want to mess around with it!

Good luck with the first day of Kindergarten tomorrow! I'm sure it will be an emotional day. I have one more year until Cate goes(thank goodness) because she's 5 at the end of September.

And good luck on Lucia's first day. You will both be fine.. probably more her than you lol but it's a good thing. The kids hit an age where they need other kids around them and now the fun begins for you. Schooling! Hmm

Awww...first day of kindergarten! Take lots of pictures! I don't know what I will do when my 3 year old gets there....:( But it is a sweet time.

How great!! I had forgotten that I sent these to you! I am so happy for all of your success and loved the post (I'm catching up today) about your daughter's first day of kindergarten. In fact, I had my mom log on to your blog and we were just talking about my first day of kindergarden as a result (she wants to know if you teared up when you said goodbye today)! :)
