Remember "weebles wobble, but they don't fall down"? Well, cheeseburger sliders slide, but they don't slide down. I had my first TRUE "getting stuck / PB / Slime" episode Friday night. It sucked. We made cheeseburger sliders for dinner with friends, and I tried one. Took the bun off, and chewed REALLY well. It was tiny. But it was a terror! I totally got stuck. Most painful thing I've experienced... cold sweats, clammy head, couldn't get a good breath in. I ended up making myself get sick to move it out. Thankfully after a few times, that did the trick and I stuck to liquid the rest of the night and most of Saturday. Before this last fill, I was able to do hamburger. I guess not anymore! Oh well... have to find out what works and what doesn't by trying. I went out Saturday morning and bought Papaya Enzyme from the Vitamin Store. My doctor and the nutritionists said that apparently that helps if you get stuck - just chew 2 or 3 tablets and it helps to break down whatever is "stuck". Hopefully I won't have to use it, but better to have it on hand for the future!

Cheeseburgers Slide... but they don't slide down

Ugh, I feel for you! My first experience getting "stuck" was eating a bite of a leftover chieck-wrap in my car in an IKEA parking garage. LOL, at least you were at home! I drove out of the garage as fast as I could so I could throwup outdoors where the rain would wash it away. Perhaps the fact that I was chowing down on leftovers in my car in a parking garage should have been the first hint that there was a problem... !
But hey, you do learn your lesson really quick! :)
* Chicken-wrap, sorry!
I cant imagine trying to chew something and then swallowing it to get the food unstuck. Let me know how that works bc I think for me it would make the matters worse! I can still eat hamburger no problem...unless it is reallly dry. I have to have cheese on it and dip it in ketchup and chew real well...
Sarah-Are you in size 20 yet? I have some awesome jean capri's that catherine sent angie and then angie sent me...they are too long for my legs though. They are a 20 from the Gap, nice denim, wide leg crop.
let me know if you want them.
Amy
Amy - I'd love them! Thanks... I'll contact you on your site and send you my info... also, what size are you in right now? I may have some clothes to share too!
