GRRR

I decided that Fridays would be my "official" weekly weigh in day.  So, because I am determined to be honest with myself, I will post my weight this morning.  245.4.  Up.  Damn.  The good news is that I'm only up 0.2 since last week.  I know that, in essence, that is nothing.  But I also know that I wasn't as good this week as I should have been.  A few more glasses of wine than usual, less attention to the protein.  At least I've been working out.  But doing that and not doing the other stuff clearly isn't the best plan.  So...  off to "muffins with mom" at Lucia's preschool, then errands, then to the gym!  And obviously need to be careful this weekend while we have company here!  Happy Mother's Day (almost) to everyone.

Uh hello! You said it. You have been working out! Lets see...building muscle. CHECK. A little sore perhaps? CHECK. I wouldnt get too down. Seriously. When you start working out more vigorously than you have, it could show as a steady hold on the scale...but you could still be losing fat...just replacing it with muscle!
