Damn Sewing Machine

Well, my dreams for a scarf aren't coming to fruition yet.  I tried and tried last night... but to no avail.  The thread kept getting all knotted up in the bobbin.  Can you have bad thread???  The shirt is very slippery, so maybe that is the issue.  Of course, I've now cut it up into 4 pieces to sew back together into a scarf.  Sigh.  God help me if I have to end up hand stitching it...
