Curves Smart & Tuna Fish

Wow... this morning's workout on this new program kicked me hard in the tush!  If anyone out there belongs to Curves, but hasn't signed up for the Curves Smart program, DO IT!  I can tell already that it will work me WAY harder than I already was.  It tells you whether or not you are working enough which is good to know.

On a side note - I got home, and was a bit hungry - craving a tuna fish sandwich - I haven't had one of those for years, but had the stuff to make it, and I did including toasting a piece of sourdough bread...  I measured out my tuna fish - and put it on the sandwich and thought "I can't eat all of that"... even though it was only 1/2 a cup.  I had thought I was eating more than I should be, but hadn't been measuring closely - this was a good exercise because I don't think I AM eating more than I should be...  took a bite, and guess what... yup - the sourdough bread is sticking...  Damn.  Oh well - one bite got me the bread craving I needed, and thankfully it is working its way thru as I type...

Good job on the new work out program. And ouch about the sticking bread. I'm only 3 weeks out and still on mushies so I haven't had a read sticking or PB episode yet, although even with mushies I still sometimes feel the pressure feeling in my esophagus. I had some canned peaches the other day and those were the worst. I'm amazed at how much restriction I have right now because it seems like by this point post-op most people are in bandster hell. I consider myself lucky.
