Thank you all for your kind words and emails... You are right, as I knew you would be... I am NOT cheating anything - in fact, I'm earning every ounce and inch! And as one of my friends mentioned, in fact, I've kind of taken the HARD way out since I am so regimented now compared to what I was... SO... I'm taking pride in every future loss... Thanks ladies!

Too right!! I, for one, have found having a lapband has certainly not been the "easy way". It takes discipline and patience to work with the band and to get it "operating" to suit yourself. Well done:)
