Weighing In & Setting Goals

Since Fridays are my "official" weigh in day, here goes.  I am another 1.0 lb down for a total of 33.1.  I think that is pretty good!  Sometimes I feel like I'm not doing as well as I want, but then I have to remind myself to look at it on a weekly basis, and except for last week, I've been down every week since I had surgery.  NOT BAD!  I'd like it to be more, but clearly have to work more to get there.   Almost 3 months from surgery, so about 6-8 lbs a month since going under. 
                  
I decided that small goals work for me, and since I have a few things coming up this summer, I think I'll set my mini goals to be the following:
  • By June 20th when we go to WDW be a total of 40 pounds down (I can't wait to walk around the park 40 pounds less encumbered than last time we were there!)
  • By July 23rd when we go to CA be a total of 50 pounds down
  • By September 8th when Lucia starts Kindergarten (sob) be a total of 60 pounds down
                
I've got an appointment with a trainer at Curves in 28 minutes to start doing Curves Smart - which is a level above the norm there, and helps you really maximize your workout.  I need to find someone to help me with some exercises for various body parts - primarily the chicken wings...  In addition to Curves, I'd like to have something I can do at home to trim up those parts.  I'll check out the T-Tapp DVD I got before I look elsewhere.  Putting all of this in motion (no pun intended) hopefully will get me to these goals!!!
